1. Hygiene & Safety Standard

At Julia Store, we prioritize your eye health and safety. Due to the medical and hygienic nature of contact lenses, any lens box or blister pack that has been opened is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. * Manufacturing Defects: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product has a clear manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit. You must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Opened Items: If the seal is broken or the box is opened, we cannot accept the item back under any circumstances, unless it is proven defective.

2. Color Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a color. We allow exchanges for different colors only if the original product is completely unopened, unsealed, and in its original "as-new" condition.

• Exchange Fee: To cover the high costs of logistics, restocking, and health inspections, all color exchanges are subject to an additional shipping and handling fee of 100% of the standard shipping rate.
• Process: The exchange will only be processed once we receive and inspect the original item to ensure it remains factory-sealed.

3. Anti-Fraud & Scam Warning

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent return claims or "scamming" (such as returning used lenses in a different box or claiming non-delivery when GPS tracking confirms otherwise).

LEGAL NOTICE: Any attempt to defraud Julia Store through false claims, chargeback abuse, or returning tampered goods will result in an immediate permanent ban from our services. Furthermore, we reserve the right to pursue a lawsuit and legal action against the perpetrator to the fullest extent of the law.

4. Shipping Times

• Domestic (Egypt): Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by city (usually 3-5 business days).
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
